Saunov\u00e1n\u00ed je i p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 relaxa\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed.   Jak se spr\u00e1vn\u011b saunovat? Klasick\u00e9 finsk\u00e9 sauny (oh\u0159\u00edvadla) jsou d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 stavby, kde se top\u00ed, dnes u\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ude, elektrick\u00fdmi kam\u00ednky. Na nich jsou kameny, kter\u00e9 kdy\u017e se rozp\u00e1l\u00ed tak se pol\u00e9vaj\u00ed vodou, aby se v saun\u011b lehce zv\u00fd\u0161ila vlhkost. Vzduch je v saun\u011b bez zvlh\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed velice such\u00fd. Vlhkost dosahuje jen n\u011bco kolem 10 %. Za to teplota je v saun\u011b vysok\u00e1. Pohybuje se zpravidla mezi 80\u2013120 oC. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch saun\u00e1ch vyt\u00e1p\u011bj\u00ed prostor oh\u0159\u00edvadel a\u017e na 130\u2013140 oC. Saunujeme se zcela naz\u00ed. Jen v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u017ee jsme ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 a sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9 saun\u011b je dobr\u00e9 zjistit, jak\u00e9 pom\u011bry v saun\u011b panuj\u00ed. Do sauny si m\u016f\u017eeme vz\u00edt ru\u010dn\u00edk, na kter\u00fd si tam sedneme. Pozor na kovov\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty jako n\u00e1hrdeln\u00edky a n\u00e1ramky. Po jejich zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed n\u00e1m mohou zp\u016fsobit pop\u00e1leniny. Je dobr\u00e9 je do sauny nebrat. D\u00e9lka pobytu v saun\u011b se nijak nep\u0159edepisuje. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby \u010dlov\u011bku byl pobyt p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd. Ka\u017ed\u00fd by si m\u011bl hl\u00eddat sv\u00e9 pocity. P\u00e1len\u00ed nosn\u00edch sliznic je sign\u00e1l, \u017ee u\u017e by bylo vhodn\u00e9 oh\u0159\u00edvadlo opustit. Na druhou stranu siln\u00e9 pocen\u00ed je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed reakc\u00ed t\u011bla. Ostatn\u011b, kv\u016fli n\u011bmu jsme do sauny \u0161li.  Z oh\u0159\u00edvadla se jdeme ochladit. N\u011bkter\u00e9 sauny jsou vybaveny ochlazovac\u00edmi baz\u00e9nky. Jin\u00e9 pouze sprchou. Sprchu bychom m\u011bli pou\u017e\u00edt i p\u0159ed skokem do baz\u00e9nku, abychom ze sebe smysli co nejv\u00edce potu. V baz\u00e9nku \u010di pod sprchou jsme op\u011bt tak dlouho jak n\u00e1m to je p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. P\u0159ehnan\u011b dlouh\u00fdm pobytem ve studen\u00e9 vod\u011b dos\u00e1hneme tak akor\u00e1t na nachlazen\u00ed. Po ochlazen\u00ed, jdeme do odpo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1rny p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b relaxovat. \u010cas, kdy p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b oddechujeme p\u0159ed dal\u0161\u00edm vstupem do sauny, vyu\u017eijeme ke konzumaci n\u011bjak\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje. P\u0159i saunov\u00e1n\u00ed pijeme hodn\u011b, abychom nahradili dehydrataci zp\u016fsobenou siln\u00fdm pocen\u00edm. Proces zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a prudk\u00e9ho ochlazov\u00e1n\u00ed opakujeme zpravidla t\u0159i kr\u00e1t. Saunov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 pro organizmus velmi pozitivn\u00ed vliv. Hlavn\u011b p\u0159es zimn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edce je proto za\u0159azujeme do sv\u00e9ho programu pravideln\u011b. U saunov\u00e1n\u00ed plat\u00ed jedna z\u00e1sada. V\u0161e co d\u011bl\u00e1me, d\u011bl\u00e1me tak aby n\u00e1m to bylo p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9.
